☐ Solution suites:  You offer a full suite of IT solutions such as collaboration & messaging, mobility solutions, hosted business apps (CRM/ERP), virtual infrastructure, security & business continuity, remote monitoring & management, cloud migration, application integration, workflow automation, end user help desk, infrastructure optimization and CIO services.

☐ IT service offerings:  You have hosted apps, technologies and services included in your service portfolio. If they do not provide a complete foundation to deliver all of the IT solutions you need, you have identified the best strategies to fill them.

☐ Service fees:  Your IT services are packaged as tiered or bundled solutions with appropriate one-time and recurring fees for licensing, deployment services and ongoing managed services.
